The Charitable Organization “Zhytomyr Community Foundation,” together with the Department for Family, Youth, and Sports of the Zhytomyr City Council and the Youth Initiatives Bank, announces the start of data collection within the framework of the “Community Pulse: Studying Needs and Resources” competition, supported by the National Network for Local Philanthropy Development.

Monitoring Goal: To gather and analyze information regarding the real needs, current challenges, and interests of youth for further development planning of the Zhytomyr community.

• Target Audience: Youth aged 14–35 years.
