The Zhytomyr Community Foundation is conducting a survey of internally displaced persons (IDPs) residing in the city of Zhytomyr and the communities of the Zhytomyr region.

The purpose of the survey is to gather current information about the needs of IDPs to effectively communicate it to humanitarian and government organizations, as well as local self-government bodies.

Your answers will help formulate relevant requests for assistance.

Data is collected confidentially and used exclusively for needs analysis.

Filling out the questionnaire does not guarantee assistance but creates a basis for attracting resources for their subsequent distribution to IDPs.
