Medicines, hygiene products, clothing, and special equipment — the Zhytomyr Community Foundation has received another humanitarian cargo from our regular partners, the Boot Development Foundation.

This time, the delivery mission was carried out by volunteers Gijsbert Meijerink and Bastian Roelof Meijerink, representing the Stichting vanMeij Foundation. Thanks to their dedication and coordinated work, we are able to help those who need it most even more effectively.

What exactly did our friends bring:

• Medical goods and medicines

• Hygiene products and household items

• Childcare items

• Protection for the military: a particularly important part of the cargo is over 750 kg of bases for nets. We received two types of bases: for the production of anti-drone nets and camouflage nets.

The parcels with the net bases will be delivered free of charge by Humanitarian Nova Poshta, for which we are very grateful. Such cooperation allows for the prompt transfer of aid across the entire country.

This is not the last visit from our partners in the near future — we are expecting another humanitarian cargo from our Dutch colleagues as early as next week.
